Role Overview
As a Senior AI/ML Architect, you will design, implement, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning systems. You will bridge the gap between research and production, ensuring our AI solutions are robust, scalable, and ready for the demands of the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the research and development of advanced AI models, focusing on Generative AI and Natural Language Processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI, implementing fairness, transparency, and accountability standards in model development.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Monitor model performance and drive optimization strategies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying LLMs and Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
