Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Strong data analytics and strategic planning skills with executive presentation ability
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
