Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning technical goals with business strategy.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning models and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and executive leadership.
- Oversee the evaluation of emerging AI technologies and integrate them into our core stack.
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data governance compliance across all projects.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Proven track record of leading AI strategy for enterprise-level organizations.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI trends.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale data pipelines and model deployment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
