Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Published research in quantum information science or theoretical computer science
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong programming skills in Python/C++ and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding ($1M+ preferred)
- Experience mentoring diverse research teams and publishing patents
