Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Generative AI models (GPT, Llama, Claude) for enterprise applications.
- Architect scalable MLOps pipelines to facilitate continuous training, evaluation, and deployment of models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, and Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous research into novel architectures and training methodologies to stay ahead of the 2026 AI landscape.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with large-scale distributed training frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes, Spark).
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques for LLMs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
