Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments on machine learning models
- Author governance policies for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Lead stakeholder workshops on ethical AI implications with clients and partners
- Monitor emerging regulations and update compliance protocols accordingly
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Produce transparency reports for high-stakes AI decision systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience with ethical impact assessment methodologies
- Strong background in data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) preferred
