Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for AI integration, specifically tailored for the 2026 technological era.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures for complex AI and machine learning systems.
- Emerging Technology Leadership: Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Advanced NLP, Edge AI) to drive competitive advantage.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce high-quality coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead engineering role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Proficiency: Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale machine learning models and generative AI solutions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
