Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize high-performance deep learning models for real-time inference.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experiment with novel architectures and algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision is a significant plus.
