Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune advanced deep learning models (Transformers, GNNs) for Project 2026.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production-grade applications and APIs.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization to ensure high scalability.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art (SOTA) algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying large-scale models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
