Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for real-time data processing.
- Conduct deep research to improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ethical AI initiatives and bias mitigation.
- Monitor model performance in production environments and implement A/B testing strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews within the AI engineering team.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or applied research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP) and containerization.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning architectures.
