Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design and implement state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning pipelines using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- RAG Architecture: Engineer robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to enhance factual accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- System Optimization: Minimize inference latency and optimize memory usage for real-time, edge-deployed AI models.
- Evaluation & Testing: Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure model performance, safety, and alignment.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to define technical roadmaps and solve complex architectural challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and SQL.
- MLOps: Experience deploying models to production environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mathematical and algorithmic issues.
