Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Foresight Framework, scanning horizon signals across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops for board-level stakeholders on systemic market disruptions
- Author quarterly 'Future Briefs' analyzing paradigm shifts affecting our $2B portfolio
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with 2026 commercialization targets
- Build and maintain a global network of innovation pioneers and academic thought leaders
- Drive cross-functional adoption of future-proofing methodologies across 15+ departments
- Represent FutureScope at Davos-type summits as a voice on next-generation tech ethics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
- Experience advising C-suite teams on exponential technology adoption curves
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning artifacts and trend impact assessments
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
