Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the technical strategy and roadmap for our next-generation AI infrastructure, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Model Optimization: Design and implement cutting-edge training pipelines and optimization techniques to ensure models are production-ready, efficient, and cost-effective.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI paradigms, contributing to open-source communities, and publishing patentable innovations.
- System Design: Build robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling millions of inference requests with sub-millisecond latency.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years leading technical teams or architectural projects.
- Core Tech: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record in designing and deploying state-of-the-art NLP or Computer Vision models at scale.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative, scalable technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
