Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for the 2026 enterprise landscape.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI products, from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
- Design robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, researchers, and product managers to define the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and AI ethics within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and transformer models.
- Proven experience deploying machine learning models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in system design and distributed computing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
