Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Architect scalable MLOps pipelines that handle petabytes of data with sub-millisecond latency.
- Collaborate with a world-class team of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to pioneer new AI methodologies.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of safety, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
- Define technical roadmaps for the engineering department and mentor senior engineering talent.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to publish papers and present at top-tier global AI conferences.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
