We are currently recruiting a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our core R&D division, specifically focused on the 2026 Strategic Initiative. Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the architectural design of scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure tailored for the 2026 roadmap.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research to implement novel algorithms and deep learning models that solve industry-specific challenges.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large-scale data pipelines and model inference to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or architect role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to deployment, specifically within fast-paced R&D environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving critical technical issues.
