Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Networks: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models that push the boundaries of generative capabilities and reasoning.
- Lead Strategic Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI systems, ensuring alignment with our long-term 2026 vision and business objectives.
- Oversee Model Deployment: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from training and fine-tuning to deployment on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Mentor and Inspire: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and engineers, conducting code reviews, and driving technical excellence.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and aligned with ethical standards.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformers.
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of distributed computing, cloud architectures, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive projects from concept to production in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
