Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by identifying emerging paradigms in quantum-AI convergence and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, AI researchers, and blockchain architects in prototyping next-gen systems
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical autonomous decision-making in quantum environments
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board members with clear ROI projections
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum computing pioneers and AI ethics coalitions
- Mentor innovators through our Future Founders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Systems, or Computational Physics from Tier-1 institution
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven commercialization of emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and quantum-safe cryptography standards
- Track record of scaling tech startups from prototype to billion-dollar valuation
