Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 infrastructure, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge machine learning models, including LLMs and generative AI frameworks.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high-performance inference on edge and cloud environments.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and large-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
