Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling massive concurrent loads.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research and development for emerging technologies, including AI, quantum computing interfaces, and next-gen web protocols.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy infrastructure to ensure seamless integration with future tech stacks.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Golang, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
- Tech Stack: Strong understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
