Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI systems and machine learning pipelines for Project 2026.
- R&D Strategy: Conduct in-depth research into quantum computing algorithms and their integration with traditional neural networks.
- System Optimization: Optimize model performance for low-latency, high-throughput environments using advanced hardware acceleration.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Code Review: Maintain high standards of code quality and architectural consistency across all projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit) is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and debug large-scale distributed systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
