Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically and architect solutions that scale from prototype to production.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
