Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, IoT, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology trends
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Published work in leading tech journals (MIT Tech Review, IEEE Spectrum)
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year lifecycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on tech transformation
