Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures optimized for the 2026 computing landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into cutting-edge technologies including Transformer models, Federated Learning, and Neuromorphic computing.
- Model Optimization: Reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy through advanced quantization and edge-computing strategies.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous data governance and ethical AI protocols to ensure responsible deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or software engineering.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical approaches.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
