Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Lead the architecture design for next-generation machine learning models and generative AI solutions.
- Identify emerging technology trends (e.g., quantum computing, AGI) and integrate them into the strategic vision.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure and tools.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, ethics, and data security.
- Present technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in and investment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and technology roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle, NLP, and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
