Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 AI infrastructure roadmap, focusing on scalability and fault tolerance.
- Oversee the transition to quantum-enhanced machine learning models and hybrid cloud environments.
- Define and enforce best practices for data privacy, model governance, and ethical AI development.
- Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms for next-gen natural language processing and computer vision.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or hybrid classical-quantum systems is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI systems into production environments.
