Key Objectives:
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant inference infrastructure for 2026-scale model deployments.
- Lead research into Chain-of-Thought reasoning and tool-use capabilities.
- Mentor a team of talented ML engineers and data scientists.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for LLM fine-tuning and inference pipelines.
- Research and prototype novel architectures for autonomous agents, focusing on memory, planning, and execution.
- Optimize model performance for latency and throughput in production environments.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate research breakthroughs into viable products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and model governance within the organization.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI safety, alignment, and synthetic data generation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Research.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX with a proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and modern LLM techniques.
- Experience designing systems for multi-agent workflows and tool-use agents.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior talent.
