Responsibilities

- Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Innovation: Prototype and deploy cutting-edge algorithms to solve complex, real-world problems with high precision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and AI-driven solutions.
- Optimization: Drive efficiency in model training pipelines, reducing latency and improving throughput for production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML development, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Algorithm Mastery: Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, and distributed computing systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to architect solutions for ambiguous, high-impact challenges.
