Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from concept validation to market deployment for 2026-focused projects
- Collaborate with C-suite to develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability goals
- Manage $15M+ R&D budgets across quantum, bio-synthesis, and climate tech verticals
- Build and mentor high-performing teams of PhD scientists and specialized engineers
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Caltech, and global innovation hubs
- Present breakthrough findings to investors and industry stakeholders at Davos-style forums
- Drive patent development and IP protection for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Molecular Biology, or Systems Engineering with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies with complex hardware-software integration
