Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for our AI initiatives through 2026 and beyond.
- Architect scalable, secure, and efficient machine learning systems that handle high-volume data.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
