Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Define the technical roadmap for 2026, evaluating emerging technologies like quantum-inspired computing and edge AI.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product and security teams to ensure AI deployment adheres to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Proven experience deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
