- Anticipate emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing, etc.) and prepare implementation strategies
- Establish ethical guidelines for AI/ML deployment and quantum security protocols
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints focusing on 2026-readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies with 5-7 year adoption cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven experience with quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse infrastructure, and neurotech trends
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- Published thought leadership on future-of-tech topics (preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
