Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Artificial Intelligence architectures capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Lead the development of Generative AI models, fine-tuning them for specific industry applications.
- Optimize neural networks for low-latency inference in high-traffic environments.
- Establish MLOps pipelines to automate model training, validation, and deployment.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, such as Quantum-ready algorithms and neuro-symbolic AI, to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI-driven automation into core business workflows.
- Ensure ethical AI governance and data privacy compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Kubernetes.
- Innovation: Proven track record of implementing novel algorithms from cutting-edge research papers.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
