Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the architecture of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and ethical AI deployment.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends leading into 2026.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformer architectures.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact ML models into production environments.
- Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
