- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify future growth opportunities.
- Present quarterly strategy updates and key performance metrics to the board of directors.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and agile development within the tech department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling products and leading multi-year strategic roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential enterprise applications.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
