Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the technical architecture for our core products, ensuring scalability and future-proofing for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced LLMs and predictive analytics into our existing infrastructure.
- Technical Strategy: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the organization.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in data pipelines and optimize model inference for real-time applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure all AI systems adhere to industry compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture or system design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database management.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
