Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures tailored for the 2026 tech stack.
- Lead the R&D team in deploying state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative agents.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to MLOps and deployment.
- Establish best practices for model fairness, transparency, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers.
- Conduct technical research to identify emerging trends that will define the future of our industry.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Experience with Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence technical strategy and drive results.
