In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production infrastructure. You will define the technical vision for our flagship product and mentor a world-class team of engineers.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technical roadmap for Generative AI and Agentic workflows.
- Architect scalable, high-performance inference pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Lead the design of reinforcement learning frameworks to optimize agent decision-making.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Oversee model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation processes to ensure safety and accuracy.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and distributed computing.
- Experience with prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems at scale.
