Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of the 2026 AI and Machine Learning roadmap.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectural frameworks for enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Engineering to integrate AI models into core products.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives and ensure data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven experience leading complex technical projects from concept through deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
