Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, next-generation neural network architectures for Project 2026.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI with legacy systems.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for real-time applications.
- Mentor a high-performing team of AI researchers and ML engineers.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, fairness, and transparency in algorithm design.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge advancements in Quantum Computing and AI convergence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions from concept to deployment.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
