Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 AI product roadmap, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Lead the design of scalable neural network architectures and distributed computing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, product managers, and data scientists.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines to reduce latency and improve inference speed.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct code reviews and technical architecture reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to integrate cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps and data engineering pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
