Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for AI integration, anticipating trends and setting milestones for the next two years.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, high-performance machine learning systems capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of the industry by evaluating emerging technologies (LLMs, Computer Vision, Generative AI) and integrating them into our core products.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical architectures.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the lifecycle of our AI models, from training and fine-tuning to deployment and continuous monitoring for accuracy and bias.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a specific focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks. Strong understanding of MLOps and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
