Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the architectural design and strategy for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with our long-term 2026 roadmap and business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling high-volume data processing and real-time inference.
- Generative AI Leadership: Oversee the integration of Generative AI and LLMs into core products, optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and researchers to translate experimental models into production-ready applications.
- Talent Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performance team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI safety, data privacy, and ethical AI usage in all deployments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Generative AI: Deep understanding of transformer models, fine-tuning strategies, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects from concept to launch.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve unstructured problems and innovate in ambiguous environments.
