Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines for the 2026 roadmap.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards for security, scalability, and maintainability across all AI projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional research teams to translate theoretical models into production-ready code.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and ensure optimal inference performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on Deep Learning.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, Apache Kafka).
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, optimization techniques, and model deployment strategies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless computing architectures.
- Strong track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to successful launch.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
