Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale machine learning models designed for the 2026 technological horizon.
- Optimize neural network inference for real-time decision-making across distributed systems.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly products.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced deep learning techniques.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) into production.
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
