Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and deploy state-of-the-art large-scale language models and multimodal AI systems designed for the 2026 operational environment.
- Research Leadership: Lead a high-performance team of researchers and engineers in exploring novel architectures, including reinforcement learning and federated learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the full ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, deployment, and MLOps optimization.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging AI trends and integrate them into our core product roadmap to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in engineering, product, and design to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly solutions.
- Ethical AI: Implement robust safety guidelines and bias mitigation strategies to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-ready AI products.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kubernetes) is required.
- Modeling: Strong background in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision, demonstrated through published research or industry patents.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and think critically about system scalability and efficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
