Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, next-generation AI and machine learning infrastructure aligned with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to transition R&D prototypes into robust, production-ready enterprise systems.
- Define and execute the technical vision for Large Language Model (LLM) integration and agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast technology trends and align development milestones.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, cloud security, and data governance across the organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging open-source and proprietary AI frameworks to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale LLM and GenAI solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience leading high-performing, distributed engineering teams.
