Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure and neural network architectures for our core products.
- Future-Proofing: Research and implement emerging technologies (including AGI concepts) to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry by 2026.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in all algorithmic outputs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Lead internal hackathons and research sprints to explore breakthrough technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Scalability: Proven track record of building and deploying high-scale machine learning systems (e.g., handling millions of requests per day).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
