Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with global impact
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor innovation specialists and cultivate a culture of radical experimentation
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for breakthrough projects
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Published research in futurist journals or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams with 20+ members
- Portfolio of implemented futuristic solutions with measurable impact
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or equivalent)
