- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing teams to develop hybrid algorithms that leverage quantum superposition for computational advantage.
- Safety & Ethics: Establish rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines for autonomous decision-making systems to ensure alignment with human values.
- System Optimization: Lead the optimization of large-scale inference models to reduce latency, improve throughput, and minimize energy consumption.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists in research methodologies, code reviews, and architectural best practices.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, evaluating emerging technologies like Neural Lace and neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Ph.D. or Masterβs in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field with a focus on AI safety.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in designing complex AI systems, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role within a high-tech environment.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with Rust or Go for high-performance systems.
- Futuristic Tech: Proven track record working with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Transformers, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
